RE/DONE offers a 14-day return window for all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached, ensuring your vintage-inspired pieces are a perfect fit. Please note that all items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for return or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and attach it securely to your package.

Pack and Ship

Place your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized UPS location or schedule a pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
